To succeed in getting the right skills at the right time, we believe that learning should take place as close to everyday life and reality as possible, dias soon as the competence is needed.

We therefore believe that both formal and informal learning should, as far as possible, take place in the workplace through distributed learning methods such as eLearning, blended learning and social learning. Simply put, competence means being able to perform tasks by applying knowledge and skills.
How do we then know which knowledge and skills are needed in order to achieve the right competence. And how can we be sure that the competence will have an effect?
We work with a model (ADDIE) where Impact goals are broken down into Proficiency and Educational goals. The Educational goals are then matched with suitable training methods and learning activities. The learning activities are built into a training program which is then published to a Learning Management System (LMS) where your employees can then complete their training. A training program can, for example, include the following learning activities for formal, informal and social learning.

Quality, cost-efficiency, reliability och commitment are more than just nice words here at Maincon; we really want to live by the motto and the customer's best interest is also our own. The customer's money is important and our goal is that the customer should get the most amount of effect for their investments. Therefore we like to do things our own way at Maincon. We don't want to commit ourselves to standard routines that, in the end, might not meet our customers' needs. We strive instead to be independent and spearhead the way, to not be followers; however, we will learn from good example and we're always on our toes to learn new things. All with the intention of helping our customers in the best possible way.
It takes courage to go your own way, and it takes courage to be the best help to our customers. Sometimes we have to be headstrong in order to help the customer to think right. With our long experience of developing training material, it's our responsibility to guide the customer in the right direction, even if the customer is of a different opinion in the beginning.
We will never promise "the moon", but we will keep our promises regarding quality, delivery and budget. We can't promise we won't make mistakes, but if a mistake does occur, we will see it's not repeated and that the customer is kept from damage. We can however promise that the customer will be treated professionally, quickly and pleasantly; that's how we want to have it, here at Maincon.
